A nonprofit organization driven by a mission to help people enjoy healthy and fulfilling lives since 1872, we provide a comfortable, welcoming environment where everyone can feel at home. And because our resident and family satisfaction ratings place us among the top 10% of nursing homes in the state of Ohio, it’s easy to see that our proud tradition of caring is still going strong today.

When the Widows Home of Dayton began in 1872, its mission was to provide a residence for widows of Civil War Soldiers.
